• Built and deployed a revenue-management dashboard for a 14-property hotel group (~285 rooms), integrating PMS data for live occupancy/rates, historical tracking, and automated Excel rate reports; replaced a manual daily spreadsheet workflow.
• Built a real-time reservation dashboard with automated daily/weekly/monthly reports, integrating PMS platforms (Cloudbeds, eZee, Choice) and POS systems like Toast for US and Caribbean hotels.

AI Agents

• Designed and deployed 14 AI agents/workflows for hospitality use cases including competitor analysis, review sentiment tracking, Google Business optimization, AI visibility tracking, SEO automation, Meta Ads intelligence, and website event tracking setup, running 24/7 so the team doesn't have to.

CRM & Framework

• Built a lightweight outbound CRM/agent layer on top of the email infrastructure to classify replies, surface follow-ups, and keep warm opportunities from being lost.

• Built and operated outbound infrastructure supporting 20K+ emails, connecting lead generation, enrichment, outreach, and booking-call workflows; booked 80 sales calls within four months of operation.
• Designed and deployed multiple AI-powered hospitality workflows covering Meta competitor analysis, Google/Tripadvisor review sentiment, GEO tracking, and rate shopping.

• Built a community-driven hotel booking platform connecting travelers directly with hotels, with no middleman and a 0% commission model.
• Onboarded 20+ hotels in Patna and acquired 800+ paying customers within 90 days of launch; owned product, GTM, partnerships, and customer acquisition end-to-end.
